    Im looking for my relatives from Back Cove, Swift Current, Indian Harbour area, Mary Stainer/Steiner/Stayner is one and James Rodgers is the other one. James Rodgers born approx 1861 in that area married to Agnes Hanlon, she died 1895, they had a daughter Ellen who married John Granter/Grunter. In 1898 shows James or could be John Rodgers lived in Indian Harbour. Mary Stainer born approx 1864, from same area, married to Michael Granter/Grunter, he died as well and she remarried Patrick Mulrooney.

    Hi Wendy,

    I know this is an old post, but I’m wondering if you ever found any information on Mary Stainer? I’m currently researching this line. My paternal grandmother is Susan Grunter/Granter, daughter of Mary Stainer.
