Hey folks, I am wondering. Where would someone who was born in Flat Rock (Carbonear/Harbour Grace area) have been baptized Catholic in 1816? Catholic records seem to start years later.
Good afternoon, the Parish Records finding aid at The Rooms (i.e. the provincial archives) would suggest Harbour Grace. See https://www.therooms.ca/collections-research/genealogy-research/prfa/roman-catholic
I do not know if they have been transcribed.
